Segments are distinct and need to be treated as such. Campaign development focuses on answering the needs of potential buyers and what solutions and products they will respond most optimally to.
Customers have vastly different needs depending on which segment they operate in. We develop campaign and product suggestions that are tailored to a particular customer segment in order to understand and tackle the problems the segment faces.
Based on the product suggestions, we design wireframes for top product contenders and test product viability through focus groups in order to evaluate value-add and long-term viability of product ideas. Focus groups are held together with clients.
Design & MVP
Once leading product ideas have been established, product creation is initialized. We map out user flows, develop the design and establish key features that are crucial for the minimum-viable product (MVP) and user testing.
